FAQ
Turborocken is modest organization that is developing novel aerospace propulsion systems for flight vehicle applications, like airplanes, spacecraft, drones, things like that.
In particular, we have been developing a unique pump-fed rocket engine known as the Turborocket engine. This engine is simple, light-weight, and has high performance.
One of the Turborocket’s most outstanding attributes, however, is its ability to integrate with other aerospace propulsion systems, like turbojets, ramjets, Air Turbo Rocket (ATR) engines, and other Turbine Based Combined Cycle (TBCC) and Rocket Based Combined Cycle (RBCC) engine configurations.
Our goal is to use the knowledge and experienced we gain in our own research and development work to help other propulsion system developers to improve their own concepts and notions.
This is how we will fly faster, fly higher, and fly awesome, from here to out there, way out there. …
Some of the propulsion technology is patent protected, specifically the TBCC engine concept known at the RTR engine, and covered by U.S. Patent US 20150007549A1 (you can look it up!). However, the Turborocket information is not patent protected, and in fact is being developed as open-source technology. Anyone can use the ideas behind the Turborocket engine concept to make their own system.
That’s possible. However, we are developing specific products which may match your needs, without having to embark on a expensive and lengthy custom development. But contact us, and we can start a conversation.
